Simple Fat-Free "Guac" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green bell peppers (seeded and chopped)
    1 small jalapeno pepper (seeded and chopped)
    1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
    2 -4 tablespoons fresh cilantro (I used the Gourmet Garden brand that comes in a paste in a tube)
    2 (7/8 g) packets of true lime crystallized limes
    1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic, to taste (I love garlic so I'm generally quite liberal with it)
    1 (7/8 ounce) packet of guacamole dip mix (I use Simply Organic brand)
    1 -2 tablespoon chia seeds (as a thickener)
Preparation
    1) Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and mix until pureed.
    2) Pour into storage container and chill overnight. It should be about the consistency of a creamy salsa. It can also be used as a condiment for grilled chicken, burgers, hot dogs, and even as a salad dressing or braising sauce.
