Add egg yolks, flour and vanilla. Add food coloring for Christmas cookies.

Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 12 minutes.
Cook sugar, syrup and water to hard crack stage using candy thermometer.
Remove from heat, add oil and food coloring for color desired.
Pour into large buttered pan.
Let set for 1 minute.
Cover a dough board with powdered sugar.
Pour candy on board.

Mix cream cheese, ground sugar, oil and food color.
Mix well. Using pastry bag, drop from star tip onto waxed paper.
Let dry at room temperature 36 to 48 hours.
If firmer mint desired, transfer to paper towel after 32 hours and dry an additional 12 hours.
Makes about 10 dozen for weddings, anniversaries or parties.

Stir in milk, vanilla and enough food coloring for strawberry color.
Chill overnight.
Shape into strawberries using about 1 teaspoon mixture for each strawberry.
Roll each berry in additional gelatin.
