Katie'S Christmas Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
pinch of cream of tartar
pinch of salt
2/3 c. sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips
food coloring

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat 2 egg whites until stiff.
Add cream of tartar and salt.
Add sugar, slowly.
Add food coloring for color, i.e. pink or green. Add chocolate chips.
Fold in. Drop on cookie sheet with foil on sheet.
Place in oven which has been preheated to 350\u00b0.
Turn heat off.
Let cookies set in oven. Leave in until cool.
