Banana Bread French Toast

Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat.
To make the batter, put flour into a wide flat bowl.
Mix while adding milk to avoid lumps.
Mix in eggs and whisk or mix with a fork to combine.
Dip pieces of bread into egg mixture and let it soak in, flipping over to coat.
Place soaked bread onto griddle/skillet and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cook until nicely browned, then flip over to brown the other side.
Serve with your favorite maple syrup and turkey sausage for a delicious special occasion breakfast!

Spread Nutella on one slice of bread.
Cover the Nutella with thin slices of banana.
Place second slice of bread on top.
Beat egg, vanilla and milk together.

Fill unbaked pie shell with sliced apples.
In a bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and flour.
Pour evenly over the apples.
Then sprinkle vanilla over the mixture.
Then cut up margarine or butter over the top.
Cover with top crust and, with knife, make slits for air.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes and at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.

French Toast Extraordinaire

Make cream cheese and jam sandwiches.
For batter, beat together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, salt and nutmeg; Fold in lemon juice, sugar and ginger.
On griddle or non-stick pan melt butter.
Dip the top and bottom of the sandwiches in batter and pan fry until golden brown on each side, just like you would when making french toast.
Remove from heat and cut sandwiches in half.
Arrange on plate with favorite fruit accompanied with sausage or bacon or perhaps ham.

Favorite Green Bean Casserole

Drain green beans in colander before mixing ingredients. Combine green beans, milk, soup, pepper, cheese and 1/2 can of French fried onions.
Mix well.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining onions. Bake 5 minutes longer.
Serve.
