Place in microwave dish.
(I use a browning dish which has a heating element in the bottom that works real well.) Cover dish with lid. Cook on High for 20 to 30 minutes or until it is done, depending on your microwave.
If you desire, you can add spices for meat loaf. I have done this in the past; very good, quick and easy.

Will be gooey, cook on foil then freeze or freeze them raw and cook later.
I cook these on foil at 425 in the oven until brown. Maybe 10 minutes or so max in a convection oven.

Place under broiler at 325\u00b0.

PLACE ground turkey into large bowl. ADD one tablespoon flour. CRACK one egg into a measuring cup. ADD spices and vegetable oil to egg. BEAT egg mixture thoroughly. POUR mixture over over turkey. PLACE kitchen gloves over your hands if desired for next step. COMBINE mixture using hands until thoroughly blended. BROWN sausage in skillet, or cook according to recipe directions. Mix everything together and pat turkey into small, flat, burger-sized balls. Chill in the fridge about 1 hours.
Heat the pan with oil and place turkey balls in pan when hot. Cook each side until brown; add 1 small pat of butter to each side. Cook until medium pink and juicy; melt 1 slice of cheese over each burger.
Heat 2 burger buns on both sides in the oven at 350\u00b0F.
Dress the burgers with cranberry relish, Walla Walla sweet onion, and iceberg lettuce.
Serve piping hot.

In a bowl, mix parsley, ground turkey, pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, garlic powder and feta cheese until combined.
Use an ice cream scoop or 1/2 cup to make equal-sized patties. Place on a sheet and broil for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
Place the burger on the bottom half of a toasted whole wheat bun. Top with onion slices and a mixture of Dijon and ketchup, if desired, garnish with more parsley.
Cover with the top half of the bun and enjoy!
wo nights before cooking, season turkey inside and out with salt
Preheat grill, or stove top grill pan, over medium high heat.
Combine turkey, salt and pepper; shape into 4 equal patties a little larger than the buns.
Cook burgers until lightly charred on outside, about 4 minutes; flip.
Place a tablespoon of the chilies on each patty and cover with a slice of cheese.
Cook until burger is firm, about 4 minutes more.
Meanwhile place tomato and onion on buns.
Top with cooked burger, dollop a generous spoonful of guacamole and the top bun.
