Place the grating disc in food processor.
Grate both cheeses. Set aside.
Place slicing disc in food processor.
Slice green onions (use light pressure so very thin).

Place beans, taco mix and green chiles in work bowl.

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a deep dish pie plate. Brown ground beef and onions in skillet; add seasonings, then spread in the pie plate. Sprinkle the green chilies on top. Mix the Bisquick, milk and eggs until blended. Pour over the meat mixture in the pie plate. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
Cut up bell peppers and onions real fine.
Melt 1 stick of margarine in frying pan and add peppers and onions, stirring constantly so they will not burn.
Add 1/2 package of chili season mix and 1/2 package of taco mix, 1/2 cup of water, then cover and cook on low heat.
Mix mayo, sour cream and taco mix.
Layer all ingredients in a 9 x 9-inch pan (bean dip, mayo mix, green chilies, lettuce, Cheddar cheese and tomatoes).
Serve with tortilla chips.
For additional layer, you can use guacamole, but it cannot be saved.
