Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, brown, drain
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 c. water
    3 fresh tomatoes, cut up
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, cut up
    1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 head lettuce, shredded or chopped
    1 bag taco chips
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain and add tomato sauce, taco mix and water. Follow directions on taco mix (simmer, uncovered 20 to 25 minutes).
    Toss vegetables and meat mixture together.
    Crumble taco chips on top.
    When ready to serve, add Catalina dressing to taste.
    Toss the whole thing!
