Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 heads lettuce
    2 to 3 tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 to 3 c.)
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 bag taco or tostados chips
    1 large bottle Western dressing
    2 to 4 Tbsp. taco or salsa sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Add taco mix and sauce to beef.
    Let cool.
    Chop lettuce, tomatoes, onion and cheese.
    Add Western dressing.
    Mix well and serve cold.
    Makes a very large amount. Recipe can be cut in half.
