Combine all the patty ingredients and form into 6 patties of equal size with wet hands.
Make the Warrior topping by combining the whipped cream with the sour cream, stirring in the rest of the ingredients and mixing well. Keep refrigerated until needed.
Barbecue the patties on an oiled grill for about 5 minutes per side, over a moderate heat.
Assemble the burgers by stacking on freshly toasted buns, the patties, lettuce, sweet cucumber pickle, sliced tomatoes and a dollop of Warrior topping.

Peel the cucumber and slice very thin. Put

Coat each pickle slice with flour; dip in egg/pickle mixture.

Recipe can easily be doubled (one full cuke) or tripled tomake a bowl full.
Add washed and sliced cucumbers to lime and water mixture and soak overnight.
Then pour off this water, add fresh water to cover cucumbers and allow to soak for 3 hours.
Pour off this water and pour sugar and vinegar over cucumbers.
Bring to a boil and boil for 35 minutes.
Add amount of pickle spice desired, either loose or tied in a cloth.
Put in warm jars and seal.

Combine all the ingredients
Beat the egg whites in medium bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the cheese, prosciutto, flour and paprika.
Flour your hands and shape the mixture into 12 small balls.
Pour oil into a skillet to a depth of 1/4 inch. Heat until almost smoking. Fry puffs for a couple of minutes until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to drain.
Quickly place a cheese puff and a cucumber pickle on each skewer and serve while puffs are hot.

Soak 12 hours in lime water; rinse.
Soak 4 hours in salt water; rinse.
