To prepare Chimichurri: Combine first 8 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Transfer sauce to a small bowl; set aside.
To prepare steak, rub steak with cumin, 1/2 teaspoons salt, and black pepper. Heat 1 teaspoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak to the pan; cook 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove steak from the pan, and let stand for 5 minutes. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. Serve with chimichurri .
In a small bowl, thoroughly mix together the brown sugar, chili seasoning mix, ranch dressing mix, garlic salt, onion salt, ground black pepper, and steak seasoning. The rub should be smooth and granular, with no large lumps. Store at room temperature in an airtight container until ready to use.
To use, rub the seasoning mix liberally onto the steak or meat of your choice before cooking.

Mix the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, ancho chile powder, chipotle chile powder, salt-free seasoning blend, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until thoroughly blended. Sprinkle over both sides of the steak, and rub into the meat. Cover, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 days.
Before cooking, drizzle steak with vegetable oil, and rub the oil into the meat. Cook as desired.

Rub salmon fillets entirely with Zesty Lemon Grapeseed Oil. Place on foil lined baking sheet. Season each with Rancher Steak Rub.
Broil 7-10 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
While salmon is cooking mix together remaining ingredients. In the last minute of cooking remove salmon from oven, spread each fillet with mustard mixture. Return to oven and finish cooking for 1 minute.

Grill or broil steak 8-10 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.

Put seasonings on steak, using a good amount of the season salt, and the others to you liking.
Put seasoned side down on medium low flame first and grill for about 4-6 minutes.
Turn over and add more seasonings.
Grill for another 4-6 minutes and serve.
Grilling can go be longer or for a little less time, depending on how you like your steaks!
Rinse steak (rub down with mixture of softened margarine, salt, pepper and garlic salt); broil in oven until cooked the way you like it.
While steak is in oven, fry bacon until crisp.
Cool and crumble into small pieces.
Set aside in small bowl.
Melt Velveeta in microwave or in double boiler.
When steak is done, ladle cheese over steak; crumble bacon on top of cheese and garnish with onion slices or cooked onion.

Cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour or until steak is tender, adding more water if needed. Serve meat and pan drippings over rice. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
