Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, then spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Spray zucchini with the Becel and place it in a bag with the parmesan cheese and skake to coat it well.
Broil for a few minutes, watching carefully because ovens vary, until the cheese starts to brown.

Set oven to 400\u00b0F.
Heat the chili in a small saucepan or microwave until hot.
Spread half of the tortilla chips on the bottom of a 10-inch deep-dish pie plate.
Spoon half of the chili over the chips.
Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
Repeat with remaining chips, chili and cheese.
Bake for about 7-8 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Top with salsa, guacamole and sour cream.

Place milk in shallow bowl.
Dip zucchini slices in milk, and dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
Place coated slices on an ovenproof wire rack coated with Pam cooking spray. Place rack on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 425\u00b0F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until browned and slightly crisp.
