Chop the garlic and onion.
Place butter, garlic and onion in microwave proof dish and cook on HIGH for 1 minute.
Add peanut butter, curry powder, 'something spicy' and chicken stock and cook on HIGH for 4 minutes; stopping after 2 minutes and stirring.
Cut chicken into pieces and add to peanut sauce mixture.
Cook on HIGH a further 2 minutes.
Serve with steamed rice.

Easy Bake Oven Peanut Butter Cookies

In a bowl, mix together all ingredients to make a dough.
With your fingers roll into 1/2 inch balls.
Place 4 balls into the Easy Bake Oven pan and press down slightly with the tines of a fork.
Bake for 6 minutes.
Cool.
Bake remaining balls 4 at a time.

Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat.
Stir in peanuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper or cookie sheet.
Let cool.

Stir in peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Chill until set; store in refrigerator.
Yield: 12 clusters.

Preheat oven to 350*.
Spray baking sheets with oil spray or grease by hand with shortening.
Combine all ingredients. Mix well with wooden spoon.
Drop by teaspoons for small cookies and by tablespoons for larger cookies onto greased cookie sheet.
Top with 1/2 pecan if desired.
Bake @ 350* for 15 - 18 minutes.
Let sheet rest on cooling rack a few minutes, then remove cookies to rack to finish cooling.
Very easy recipe if you are pressed for time.

Put in microwave; heat on full power for 1 minute and 35 seconds.
Then stir and cook again for 1 minute and 45 seconds.
They should all be melted.
Then stir in peanuts.

Mix milk, sugar and salt well in 1 1/2 to 2-quart saucepan. Stir until it begins to boil (medium heat).
Turn stove to simmer and let cook for 5 minutes, without stirring (time).
Remove from burner.
Mix in peanut butter and marshmallow cream, stirring until completely mixed.
Pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Very easy recipe.

Quick, Easy And Spicy Peanut Sauce

In a medium sized bowl mix all ingredients except the cilantro. Check for seasoning and adjust chili sauce to your taste.
You may need to add a little more water depending on how thick you like your sauce.
Add cilantro and enjoy over your favorite veggies, cold noodles, or anything really:-).

Mix cookie dough according to recipe on the box or your own recipe.
Bake at temperature according to the recipe you are using.
Put 1 teaspoon full of dough into greased small or mini muffin tins and pat down.
Bake in oven for 6-7 minutes.
Take out and push a candy into the center of each cookie.
The dough will fill around the candy.
Bake another 4 minutes and remove from the oven.
Remove from tin when cookies cool or they will fall apart. You can place the entire tin the freezer to speed the cooling. Makes 3 dozen.

Combine peanut butter and chocolate chips in top of double boiler.
Cook over hot water until chocolate melts.
Stir until well blended.
Add peanuts and stir until peanuts are coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
Chill.
