For the dressing:
Place all of the ingredients except the oil in a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking continuously, until all of it is incorporated; set aside.
For the salad:
Place the snap peas, cucumber, carrots, cilantro, and scallions in a large bowl, drizzle with the dressing, and toss to coat. Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with the peanuts, and serve immediately.
The night before, boil the egg until hard-boiled (10-15 mins).
When they're boiled, rinse with cold water, peel, let them cool, and stick in the fridge.
The next day, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy on both sides. (about 10 mins.) Set the bacon aside on paper towels and when cooled, crumble.
Combine all ingredients for the dressing together in a small bowl.
Combine bacon, bell pepper, green onion and romaine in a bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss. Garnish with sliced boiled egg and avocado.

Arrange arugula, duck and cherries on a large serving platter. Drizzle dressing over salad. Top with onions, additional cherries and macadamias.
Mix in bowl the coleslaw, onion and apples.

Rinse coleslaw dressing bottle with 1/2-inch vinegar to rinse out bottle.
Pour over slaw.

For Cucumber Dressing: Add cucumber and celery seed to 1 cup of prepared ranch salad dressing.

Preheat your oven to 180\u00b0C.
Spread the walnuts on a baking tray and cook in the preheated oven for 5-8 minutes until aromatic and toasted.
Combine the walnuts, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a screw top jar and shake well to combine.

Place the spinach, tomatoes and blue cheese in a large bowl.
Drizzle with the dressing, toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
Combine the chicken, cabbage, and onions in a large bowl. Crush the dry noodles into small pieces and combine in salad.
In a separate bowl or dressing container, combine all ingrediants for the dressing and mix well. Pour over salad and toss.
Hints: You can add any combination of extra veggies to this salad. I have used pea pods, oranges, water chestnuts, avocados, etc. You can also adjust the fat by adding less oil and more vinegar. You may need to add extra sugar though.

For Buttermilk Dressing:
Whisk together ingredients in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper.
For Club Hoagie:
Spread some of the buttermilk dressing on the bottom half of the bread.
Place the turkey on top, overlapping the slices. Don't lay them flat but add texture. Add the cheese, then the ham (again, don't lay them flat but add texture), then the tomatoes and bacon. Spread more of the dressing on cut-side of the top half of the bread. Put the top of the bread over the bottom half.
Slice into big wedges and serve.
