Inside crockpot layer carrots, potatoes, cabbage with the kielbasa pieces on top. Pour either 1 1/2 Celsius water or chicken broth over the top. Cook on low for 8 hours. I've found that there is so much flavor in the kielbasa alone that I don't even need to use the chicken broth for flavor. The small amount of liquid makes everything perfectly moist, leaving an EASY, HEALTHY dinner for your family!
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-low heat. Cook and stir onion in the hot skillet until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add kielbasa; fry until sausage is lightly browned, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes more.
Stir broccoli and potatoes into sausage mixture; season with salt and pepper. Cook, without stirring, until broccoli begins to soften, about 15 minutes. Stir mixture and continue to cook until vegetables are completely tender, 10 to 15 minutes more.
Prepare fettuccine, drain; melt butter in skillet.
Add onion, then vegetables; cook until tender, set aside.
Brown kielbasa and drain.
Combine kielbasa, vegetables and cream; simmer.
Add cheese, parsley, garlic and seasoning salt.
Combine with fettuccine.
Serves 5 to 6.
Preheat oven to 350
Place pierogies in bottom of casserole dish.
Place kielbasa pieces in casserole dish, making a single layer of ingredients.
Sprinkle butter pieces over pierogi.
Sprinkle herbs & spices over all.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Flip pierogies & kielbasa & bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
Serve & enjoy.
(I served mine with Dijon mustard to dip the kielbasa in).
*next time I might try a little dill sprinkled on the pierogies, it just feels like the right thing to do.
Preheat barbecue grill.
Place kielbasa, potatoes and onion on a double layer of foil and drizzle with oil.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary and toss.
Fold edges of foil together to seal packet.
Cover and grill 30 minutes or until veggies are tender.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook kielbasa in frying pan.
Combine all ingredients into casserole dish except cheese.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Place in oven for 7-10 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
In large saucepan or Dutch oven, bring vegetables and water to boiling; reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add kielbasa and bean soup.
Heat thoroughly.

Combine sauerkraut, mayonnaise and horseradish and spread in the bottom of an 8x8-inch greased casserole.
Add kielbasa, top with cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
