Melt butter or margarine in 9 x 9 baking dish.
Mix sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder.
Add milk and mix well.
Pour batter into melted butter-- do not stir.
Pour pie filling into batter (I drop it by spoonful and put several spoons in the middle and then divide the rest into the corners and sides-- do not stir).
Bake@ 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown.

Brown on both sides and remove to paper toweling to drain.

Mix dark corn syrup, sugar, oatmeal, coconut, eggs, salt, butter and pecans together.
Pour into pie shell.
This is just a little change to regular Southern Pecan Pie recipes.

Combine butter, brown sugar and nuts in a saucepan; heat until butter and sugar are melted. Spread in bottom of pie shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes or until bubbly; cool.
Prepare pie filling mix with 2 1/2 cups milk. Measure 1 cup; cover and chill thoroughly. Pour remaining filling into pie shell; chill. Prepare whipped topping mix as directed on package; blend 1 1/3 cups into measured pie filling. Spoon into pie shell; chill about 3 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and pecans if desired.

Spread mincemeat evenly in bottom of pastry shell.
Prepare pumpkin pie filling, following label directions, but substitute the orangejuice and evaporated milk for the liquid called for; stir in peel.
Pour over mincemeat in shell.
Bake in a hot oven 400* for about 45 minutes or till knife inserted halfway between center and edge of filling comes out clean.
Cool, serve garnished with whipped cream.

Top with other pie crust. Let crust set at room temperature so it is easy to handle.
