My Favorite Holiday Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, melted and cooled
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Yields one 8-inch pie.
