Easy Holiday Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can pie filling
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add flour and vanilla; beat well.
    Spread evenly into a greased jelly roll pan. Score the top lightly with a knife to make squares.
    Place 1 tablespoon pie filling in center of each square.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
