In a microwavable casserole dish, cook hamburger on high for approximately 5 minutes.
Saute mushrooms very lightly in fry pan,using pan spray.
To partially cooked hamburger, add onion, mushrooms, beef flavor,garlic, flour mixed with enough water to form a paste --
Stir well and cook again at medium level power for another 5 minutes --
Now add enough water to create a little more gravy. Also add the precooked macaroni & grated cheese.
Cook again on medium power until hot,5 to 10 minutes -- .
Saute mushrooms in Olive Oil &/or Butter until tender & slightly browned.
Transfer mushrooms to sauce pan.
Add remaining ingredients \"except\" for Corn Starch & additional Broth.
Bring to soft boil for approx 5 minutes.
Depending on preference & use of gravy; thicken with Corn Starch blended with Broth until smooth. (It's easiest to shake together in a small jar with lid).
Add to gravy.
Bring to soft boil & serve.
TIP: to keep gravy hot for serving, keep in thermos & when needed, transfer to gravy boat.

Brown hamburger in large pot (you don't want to crumble it up too fine--big pieces are the best).
Make gravy and add to pot. Let it simmer until heated.

NOTE: You don't want this too runny--kind of thick and with big chunks of hamburger is the best.

Bake according to cornbread recipe for 20 to 30 minutes until bread is done.

In a saucepan pour low-fat beef gravy.
If you want it real meaty tasting add a beef bouillon cube with a little water; add 1 container of fat-free sour cream and add some milk if too thick. Stir while heating and add meat to gravy mix.
(I sometimes add a little cooking wine for a different flavor.)
Serve over egg-free noodles.
