Make 2 crust pie recipe. Put water, sugar and cream of tartar in a pan and bring to a boil. Add Ritz crackers and bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with top pie crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Fry the onions until golden brown, and then remove from pan to a small dish.
Brown meat.
Add molasses, soy sauce, salt and hot water to cover.
Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
Add celery and simmer another 15 minutes.
Add chop suey vegetables and mushrooms (juice and all).

PIE FILLING.
Place all the pie
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease bottom and side of a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese, onions and apple in pie plate.
In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over ham mixture.
Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes in preheasted oven or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Cook potatoes until tender and mash until smooth. Beat in salt, pepper, nutmeg and 2 Tbl butter.
Spread 2 rbsp butter in a 9-inch pie plate. Dust with half of bread crumbs, then cover with 1/2 of the potatoes. Arrange cheese and ham over it and cover with the remaining potatoes. Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs and dot with remaining butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0F for 25 minutes or until it browns. Cut into wedges.
Mix half and half, whipping cream, eggs, flour, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Divide ham and cheese and put in the bottom of both pie shells.
Divide egg mixture and pour over ham and cheese. Put both pies in 375 degree preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Cut and serve.

While the noodles are cooking, microwave peas 5 minutes; drain any accumulated water and set aside.
Combine ham, cheese, soup, milk and mustard in a 3-qt casserole while the peas are cooking.
Add noodles and peas; stir to blend. Microwave on high 6-8 minutes, stirring once.
Serve immediately.
