Deep Dish Ham Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    salt and pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    2 1/2 c. chopped cooked ham
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 1/2 c. drained canned peas
    1 recipe buttermilk biscuit dough mix
Preparation
    Blend margarine, flour, salt and pepper in saucepan.
    Stir in milk.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add onion, ham, eggs and peas.
    Pour into 10 x 10-inch baking dish.
    Pat biscuit dough to fit the baking dish.
    Place on top of casserole.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until top is light brown.
    Yield: 4 servings.
