This is one of those \"everything but the kitchen sink\" recipes.
In other words, the base recipe is for meat loaf with vegetables and cheese filling.
Use whatever combination of vegetables, cheeses and spices you prefer.
This recipe is adaptable to most every diet plan and delicious too!!
Brown meat, onion and garlic until done.
Mash up tomatoes until soupy.
Put in large pot.
Add water with this until pot is almost full.
Leave room for meat and okra.
Let this cook to a boil, then simmer.
Put okra in skillet with 3 tablespoons oil and brown until okra is no longer sticky.
Add with what you already have cooking.
Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Add over cooked rice. Salt and pepper to your taste while cooking.
It's ready (eat).
Chop onions and bell pepper. Mix with the remaining ingredients.
Place in microwave dish.
(I use a browning dish which has a heating element in the bottom that works real well.) Cover dish with lid. Cook on High for 20 to 30 minutes or until it is done, depending on your microwave.

In a large pot, combine chili sauce, grape jelly and water.

Whisk water, gravy mix, and stew seasoning mix together in a bowl until no dry mix remains; add Worcestershire sauce and pour over the beef. Add tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, celery, and onion.

Pour sauce over tilapia filets.
Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes.

Combine 2 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, grated onion, garlic (crushed), 3 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and ground comino.

Marinate meat for 1/2 hour.
Mix all ingredients. Add water if too dry. More bread crumbs if too moist. Shape into meatballs or loaf. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes for meatballs or 1 to 1 1/4 hours for meat loaf.
