Super Easy Fast Chicken Mole Sauce

Heat a pam coated skillet on medium heat. Add mole sauce and whisk as it browns lightly.
Add tomato paste and whisk while adding stock just until gravy consistency.
Add peanut butter and brown sugar (add more by the t until desired sweetness), stirring constantly.
Add cinnamon stick and simmer sauce for 1 1/2 hrs to thicken.
Add chocolate, let melt and stir.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add cooked boneless, skinless chicken meat in sauce till hot thru. Serve with soft tortillas, corn or flour.

Chicken Soup With Pasta And White Beans

Prepare Fast Chicken Soup Base. Bring to a simmer.
Add these, then simmer until tender, 10-20 minutes: 2 16-ounce cans white beans, drained; 1 cup small pasta, such as ditalini; 1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes; 2 tsps. minced fresh rosemary.
Before removing from heat, stir in: 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley.
Final touch: Add salt and pepper, to taste. Serve soup with grated Parmesan cheese.

Heat oil and fry the chicken until golden brown.
Add onions, garlic, ginger, capsicum, carrot and cook for 5 minutes.
Add in tomato ketchup, soya sauce, honey, curry powder and 5 spice powder. Stir occasionally and cook it for 10-15 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Your easy peasy chicken curry is ready!

Chicken And Chorizo (Leftovers In Tasty Disguise)

Heat the oil in a lrg saucepan. Add onion, celery + red bell pepper & cook to soften, but do not allow to caramelize.
Add rice, chicken stock, tomato puree & Tobasco sauce. Simmer for 10 min, uncovered.
Stir in chicken, sausage + peas & simmer for a further 5 minutes. Turn off heat, cover & allow to stand for 5 min b4 serving.

Wash chicken thoroughly; place in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt, then grated cheese, with paprika on top.
Bake, uncovered, in a 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how fast your oven heats.
Not only is this easy, but it tastes good!

Continue cooking, stirring constantly, for 5 to 8 minutes or until chicken is done.
Add tomatoes and heat through. Serve over buttered noodles or hot rice.

Fast And Easy Feta Chicken With Tomatoes

Place 3 clean breasts of chicken in glass dish.
Prepare dressing with olive oil (and/or other tasty oils such as walnut oil), vinegar (I recommend Balsamic vinegar), salt & pepper and any other seasoning you may like.
Add to dressing 1 squeezed lemon and pour all over chicken.
On top of chicken place tomato in slices.
On top of tomato place Feta in slices.
Cook in oven at 175\u00b0C/ 350\u00b0F for about 45 minutes to an hour (test yourself).
I recommend serving it with pasta noodles.

Fast N' Easy Creole Chicken

Prepare deep skillet with non-stick cooking spray, if needed; preheat pan over high heat.
Cook chicken in skillet for 3 to 5 minutes until no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat, add tomatoes (with juice), chili sauce, bell pepper, celery, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, pepper flakes, and salt; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10-12 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Serve chicken creole over steamed rice.
