Add brown sugar into crockpot {spread over ham}.
Cook on high for 3 - 4 hours, or on low 7 - 8 hours {depending on size of ham} ~ don't overcook!
Occasionally scoop up sauce mixture and pour over ham while cooking.

Brush legs lightly with 1 tbsp.liquified extra virgin oil.
Mix seasonings together and sprinkle over turkey legs.
Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or until tender. Alternatively, cook on high about 5 1/2-6 hours. This recipe assumes low temperature is at least 185 degrees.

Refrigerate broth.

In a Crockpot mix remaining ingredients together and stir in meat mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. .
Cook over low heat 4-6 hours. .
Serve with favorite toppings such as Cheddar cheese, sour cream and minced onions.
Combine chicken and enchilada sauce in a crockpot.
Cube cream cheese and add; add Pepper Jack cheese.
Cook on low for 30 minutes, stirring twice.
