Place chicken wings in a large resealable bag or container. Add dry rub mixture to wings; seal container and shake well until evenly distributed.
Preheat a grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
Cook the chicken wings on the preheated grill, turning occasionally, until the chicken is well-browned and no longer pink, 15 to 20 minutes.
Mix all ingredients.
By hand, pack as much on the pork as will stick.
Wrap the roast in plastic wrap and refrigerate 8 to 24 hours to marinate.
Keep leftover rub in a tightly covered jar.

Mix Bisquick, buttermilk, egg yolks, salt and sugar with beaters until well mixed.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with clean beaters until stiff.
Fold egg whites into batter.
Pour about 1/3 cup batter onto a preheated belgian waffle iron and top with 2 T smoked chicken and 2 T cheddar (add pecans if using) and bake.
You can hold the baked waffles in a 200* oven while finishing the remainder of the waffles.
Serve with warm maple syrup or honey and butter.

Preheat oven to 275.
Rub the pork with your dry rub you can do this the night before or an hour before cooking.
In a roasting pan pour in juice or water add liquid smoke.
Place pork on roasting rack or upside down muffin tin. Cook for 5-6 hours.
Mix all seasoning in a zip lock bag. Wash and pat dry your meat of choice, place meat on a working tray or pan, you will need to be able to cover this. Poke holes in the meat on both sides, drizzle olive oil on meat and with a pastry brush spread it all over to coat. Next sprinkle the seasoning mix on the meat, making sure that the
entire meat is covered. Do this on both sides. Cover with wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Cook meat on the grill for best results, but I have used this in the oven and it was really good.
