Melt margarine in skillet or omelette pan.
Cover entire bottom and heat to medium.

Mix first 4 ingredients in a casserole dish.
Place sliced onions on top.
Bake in a hot oven until heated through.

Dust heavily with cinnamon.
Cover dish and microwave on high for 90 seconds or until cooked, but still firm.

Try it over granola or oatmeal for breakfast.
