Garden Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped broccoli or 1 pkg. frozen, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grease quiche pan or 10-inch pie plate.
    Add broccoli, onion, pepper and cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients and stir until smooth; pour over all.
    Bake until golden brown, 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes a delicious lunch with a salad or as hors d'oeuvres.
