Lucy'S Shrimp Lunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. zucchini, shredded
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    dash of mixed herb seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 oz. canned shrimp or alotted lunch portion
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine zucchini with onion flakes and seasonings.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and shrimp and simmer 2 to 3 minutes longer.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Recipe equals fish protein lunch portion.
