Italian Dressing Dry Mix

Mix potatoes, butter, half and half and boiling water in an ungreased 3 quart pan; stir in cheese cubes.
Bake at 400F for 45-60 minutes or til potatoes are tender.
When tender, mix flour and enough water to make a medium-thick smooth paste.
Stir into potatoes and put back into oven to finish baking (approx. 10 minutes).

Dairy-Free Everything Bagel Seasoning Dip

Combine coconut yogurt, cashew butter, mayonnaise, and mustard in a medium bowl. Whisk until there are no lumps. Stir in seasoned salt, onion flakes, and celery flakes. Cover and refrigerate until dehydrated vegetables are softened, 20 to 30 minutes.
Garnish dip with chives before serving.

Tomato Corn Chowder

Empty a can of creamed corn into a pot atop the stove. Add chopped tomatoes and juice, a cup of chicken stock (or a cup of water and a chicken bouillon cube) and dehydrated onion. Heat to boiling. Add pepper, cayenne pepper, dehydrated garlic powder, and salt to taste, then simmer until served.
Because the creamed corn thickens up the tomato juice, this feels like eating a chowder with cream and potatoes in it. Both can be added in, but this chowder is satisfying on its own.

Combine flour with Italian dressing, dehydrated tomato soup, pepper, salt, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Place all ingredients in a Ziploc bag and shake very well.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium fire.
Place chicken parts in ingredients and shake bag until chicken parts are covered, then place in frying pan.
Serve with your favorite vegetable.

Dilute cream of mushroom soup with milk. Then pour cream of mushrooms over the green beans.
Cover with a lid.
Bake in an oven for 40 minutes.

Take lid off so that the dehydrated onions will be crispy.

Lazy Lasagne

Combine noodles, dehydrated onions, oregano, basil, thyme, garlic powder, salt, marjoram, 4 tablespoons Parmesan and pepper.

Low-Fat Chicken Gumbo

Brown cornstarch over medium-high heat (without any oil or butter) stirring occasionally.
When the cornstarch is brown add dehydrated onions.
Crumble up and brown with cornstarch.
Add chicken, cut up, and water.
Let it come to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to medium-low.
Cook 30 minutes.
When done, add file, salt and pepper and serve with rice.

Lemon Chicken
