Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    dehydrated chopped onion
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) whole chicken
Preparation
    Combine 2 tablespoons dehydrated onion with 2 tablespoons water; let stand 10 minutes.
    Stir in 1/4 cup melted margarine or butter, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Spoon over chicken in shallow pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until chicken is done, turning occasionally and spooning butter-lemon sauce over chicken.
