In a large mixing bowl, combine first 8 ingredients; mix well.
Store in airtight container in a cool dry place. YIELD: 3 cups mix (enough to make 24 batches of ranch salad dressing). For Ranch Salad Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of mix with mayonnaise and buttermilk.
Refrigerate until serving.
For Thousand Island Dressing: Add chili sauce and pickle relish to 1 cup prepared ranch dressing.
For Cucumber Dressing: Add cucumber and celery seed to 1 cup of prepared ranch salad dressing.

Add buttermilk, cucumber dressing and add sour cream to thicken the mixture to desired consistency.
Add chives and parsley.
Add sugar to sweeten to individual taste.

Mix vinegar, sugar, salt, sour cream and cucumber.

Sweet Pea Salad

Chop carrot, cucumber, onion and bell pepper in small pieces. Combine peas and noodles.
Toss with cucumber dressing.
Chill and serve.

Spaghetti Salad

Boil spaghetti as directed on package.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Wash and dry tomatoes and cucumbers.
Dice tomatoes and cucumbers.
Toss lightly with spaghetti.
Add cucumber dressing and Italian dressing.
Chill 1 hour.

Creamy Cucumber Dressing

Combine ingredients in small bowl; stir until well blended. Chill.
Refrigerate in tightly covered container.
Makes 1 cup dressing.

"Cool As A Cucumber" Salad

In large bowl, combine rice, cucumbers, tomatoes and green onions.
Add dressing and eggs; toss gently until ingredients are evenly coated with dressing.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Serve on lettuce, if desired.

Cucumber Dressing

Blend all ingredients.
This dressing will keep well in refrigerator.

Cornbread Salad

Crumble baked and cooled cornbread in large bowl.
Chop green onions (including green part), bell pepper, radishes and tomatoes. Add this to cornbread.
Combine mayonnaise, cucumber dressing and mustard and toss lightly into cornbread mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cucumber Dressing

Peel and remove seeds from cucumber.
Grate and drain excess moisture from cucumber.
Combine all ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
Pour on sliced tomatoes.

Tomato Salad With Cucumber Dressing

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Pour over cucumber and green peppers; let marinate 5 minutes.
Slice tomatoes and serve with cucumber mixture poured over them.
Makes 4 servings.

Brown bacon and crumble in a bowl.
Toss all ingredients together and serve with creamy cucumber dressing (or your favorite).

Crumble the cornbread and mix with the next 4 ingredients. Mix the mayonnaise and creamy cucumber dressing together; pour over the cornbread mixture.

Chop green onions, radishes, green pepper and tomatoes.
Add cornbread. Combine mayonnaise, cucumber dressing and mustard.
Add salt and white pepper, if desired.
Cheese cubes or boiled egg chunks may be added also.

Cool in pan and crumble.
Mix radishes, green pepper, onions and tomatoes with crumbled cornbread.
Stir in Miracle Whip, mustard and cucumber dressing. Chill.

Add to cornbread mixture and stir well.
Refrigerate overnight.

Tuna Casserole

In large bowl, break up tuna fish.
Add tomatoes, onion and pasta.
Mix well.
Add cucumber dressing and mix again.
Add mayonnaise to make very creamy.
Put mixture in casserole dish and cover top with potato chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
