Cold Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cucumbers (large)
    4 Tbsp. sour cream to 1/2 c.
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 large onion
    1 bottle cucumber dressing
    4 Tbsp. diced chives
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    sugar to taste
Preparation
    Shred cucumbers and onion in food processor.
    Add buttermilk, cucumber dressing and add sour cream to thicken the mixture to desired consistency.
    Add chives and parsley.
    Add sugar to sweeten to individual taste.
    Chill in refrigerator.
    Thickens as it chills.
