Put pork in crock-pot.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over shoulder and add vinegar.
Cover and simmer 12 hours.
Remove from pot and pick meat from bones.
Strain liquid and keep approximately 2 cups.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix with minced meat and return to crock-pot.
Cook on low until juice is cooked down (or cook on high setting for shorter time).
Freezes well.
Place the pork in a 3 to 4 quart crock pot.
Sprinkle with seasonings, pour tomatoes over pork.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Remove the meat from crock pot, place on cutting board and shred using 2 forks, discarding the bones.
Return meat to crock pot and mix well.
Using a slotted spoon to remove pork mixture from cooker and fill each roll with 1/2 cup meat mixture.
Top with cheese and condiments as desired.

Dissolve beef boullion cubes in warm/hot apple juice.
Place all in crock pot.
Let it do its thing for 6 hours on high. There's going to be a lot of juice -- like a pot roast/stew kinda thing. Its really fork-tender we suggest serving with garlic mashed potatoes.
Pork -- In a large saute pan
Place meat in bottom of crock-pot.
Sprinkle with seasoning salt.
Make layers of onions, kraut and potatoes.
Sprinkle again with seasoning salt.
Cook on low 10 to 12 hours.
Place everything into the crock pot.
Turn on low for 7 hours.
If adding Corn starch add it mixed in a bit of water.
Cook for another hour Total cooking time 8 hours.
Enjoy.
Place all the ingredient except the BBQ sauce in your crock pot, stir to mix it up a bit.
Turn on low and leave for 6 hours, add BBQ Sauce leave for 1 more hour.
You may speed up the cooking by starting it on High for 2 hours then to low for 2 more add BBQ sauce and cook for a further hour on low.
Serve with either noodles or rice.
Layer 1/2 of the sauerkraut, 1/2 of the onion slices, sprinkle 1/2 of the caraway seeds and 1/2 of the apples on the bottom of the crock pot.
