Beet, Grape, Apple Smoothie

Roast, peel and cool beets ahead of time. Chop spinach and remove stems. Add to blender along with all other ingredients. You can vary the amount of grape juice and milk slightly depending on how thick you prefer your smoothies to be. Blend well, first on low, then high for 1-2 minutes and enjoy.

Kiwifruit Frappe And Raspberry-Honey Smoothie

Place 4 serving glasses in fridge to chill. Blend all ingredients for the frappe in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses; serve at once.
Repeat with ingredients for the smoothie.

Mango Papaya Smoothie

Place all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and process for 2 minutes.
Pour into tall glasses and serve each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, chunks of mango and papaya, and a spoon.

Key Lime Pie Protein Smoothie

add cold water to blender.
add protein powder and oat flour. (can use meal replacement powder like myoplex or MetRx instead). Blend for 15 seconds on medium.
add frozen limeade, blend for 30 more seconds.
add ice and blend on 30 seconds on high.
pour into tall glass, top with cool whip, serve and enjoy.

Banana Kahlua Smoothie

Place bananas and Kahlua in blender.
Cut frozen Cool Whip into chunks and add to the blender.
Blend at high speed until smooth.
Add half the crushed ice and blend again.
Add the remainder of the ice and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
**Thiscan also be frozen for several hours and served a a soft-serve style ice cream.

Make Jell-O as directed, except decrease water by 1 cup.
Pour into round-bottom bowl.
Let set in fridge.
Invert on a plate. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut.
Decorate for Christmas.

Jello Smoothie

In blender, mix boiling water and jello mi until dissolved.
Combine cold water with ice .
Add with cool whip to mixture in blender until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Makes 2 large or 4 small servings.

Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie

Add all ingredients except cool whip to blender and blend till smooth and thick.

Green Smoothie Bowl

Blend spinach, banana, coconut milk, mango, and coconut water in a blender until smooth. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with raspberries, blueberries, granola, coconut flakes, almonds, and chia seeds.

Banana Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Blend 1/2 banana, peaches, applesauce, water, and coconut oil together in a blender until smooth; pour into a serving bowl.
Slice remaining half banana and arrange on top of smoothie. Add shredded coconut, almonds, and raisins.

Berry Smoothie Bowl

Blend strawberries, pineapple, yogurt, coconut water, and acai pulp in a blender until smooth; pour into a bowl. Top smoothie with kiwi, banana, blueberries, raspberries, almonds, granola, and chia seeds.

Honey-Kissed Smoothie Bowl

Combine all smoothie ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Remove and pour into a bowl.
Garnish with assorted toppings. Enjoy!

"Fruit Smoothie" No-Bake Cheesecake From Philadelphia®

Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mix cracker crumbs, butter and 3 Tbsp. sugar; press onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
Beat Neufchatel and 3/4 cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add berries; beat on low speed just until blended. Whisk in COOL WHIP. Pour over crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.

Pumpkin Smoothie

Combine half and half,pumpkin,frozen yogurt or ice cream,sugar,1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and the nutmeg in food processor or blender;process or blend until smooth and creamy.
Divide among four glasses;top each with 2 tablespoons Cool Whip and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.

Allow to cool to room temp.

In large bowl combine pineapple and juice with instant vanilla pudding, whisk together until mixed good.
Add Cool Whip and whisk together, pour into graham cracker pie shell and refrigerate.
You can garnish with toasted coconut and a cherry-- or just serve as is, either way it's a great summer dessert, light cool and refreshing.

Vanilla Cool Whip Fruit Dip

Let Cool Whip thaw for about 1 hour.
Mix in pudding mix using a mixer until well blended.

Cool Whip Frosting

Pour milk into bowl and add pudding and sugar.
Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
Gently stir in Cool Whip.
Spread on cake at once.

Chocolate Pudding & Cool Whip Dessert

Crust: Combine first three ingredients (graham, sugar and marg).
Press firmly into bottom of 13x9 pan.
Chill 15 minutes.
1st Layer: Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and milk till smooth.
Fold in 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip (1/2 a container).
Spread over crust.
2nd Layer: Beat pudding with 3 1/2 cups of milk for 2 minutes.
Spread over cream cheese layer.
Chill hours or overnight.
3rd Layer: Spread rest of Cool Whip over top, or before serving put dollop of Cool Whip on top of each piece.
