Cool Whip Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup cold milk
1 (3 ounce) package any flavor instant pudding mix (3 oz.)
1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional)
1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation

Pour milk into bowl and add pudding and sugar.
Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
Gently stir in Cool Whip.
Spread on cake at once.
