Mix cooked spaghetti, beaten eggs and Parmesan cheese (bottom layer).
Place a layer of Velvetta cheese on top.
Mix together cooked hamburger and spaghetti sauce.
Pour onto bottom layer. Cover with Mozzarella or Velveeta cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.

Hamburger Fried Rice

Heat butter in small skillet, add eggs and soft scramble. Remove from heat. Set aside.
Heat oil in wok or large skillet. Add hamburger and cook very well.
Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce and pepper flakes to cooked hamburger. Stir-fry for 1 minute longer.
Add rice. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes longer.
Stir in scrambed eggs and thinly sliced green onions. Serve at once.

Add cooking oil, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, molasses, brown sugar, water and cornstarch.

Taco Salad

In large bowl, tear lettuce into bite size pieces.
Mix in tomatoes, onions, pepper, cheese and crumble in cooked hamburger. Crumble in Doritos.
Pour in Catalina dressing.
Mix well.

Drain cooked hamburger; stir in taco seasoning.
Chill.
At time of serving, toss all ingredients in large bowl or individual bowls.
Add dressing and throw in corn chips.

Simple Quick & Easy Hamburger Hash

In a microwavable casserole dish, cook hamburger on high for approximately 5 minutes.
Saute mushrooms very lightly in fry pan,using pan spray.
To partially cooked hamburger, add onion, mushrooms, beef flavor,garlic, flour mixed with enough water to form a paste --
Stir well and cook again at medium level power for another 5 minutes --
Now add enough water to create a little more gravy. Also add the precooked macaroni & grated cheese.

Cook string beans; drain and put into casserole dish.
Add tomatoes, cooked hamburger and cheese.
Mix Jiffy corn bread mix as directed on box.
