Hamburger Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can drained water chestnuts
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 c. rice (Minute rice)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown hamburger.
    Drain hamburger.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Add cooked hamburger.
    Bake 1/2 hour covered with foil; bake 1/2 hour uncovered.
    Sprinkle with chow mein noodles if desired.
