Hamburger-Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sliced zucchini squash
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. hamburger, salted and browned with onion
Preparation
    Steam squash with a little water in a covered saucepan until 1/2 cooked; drain well.
    Place zucchini in a buttered casserole dish.
    Cover with cooked hamburger.
    Add rice and spread tomatoes and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, or microwave for 5 minutes on High.
