Microwave margarine or butter in medium-size bowl or 4-cup measure until melted.
Stir in oats, brown sugar, flour and nuts. Microwave on High (100%) for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently during the last 2 minutes, until crisp and toasted.
Pour filling into 9-inch microwave-safe pie pan.
Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes, until hot.
