To make the Honey Syrup,:
In a 1-quart saucepan, mix honey and water. Heat about 2 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until honey is dissolved. Remove from heat; and set aside 1 hour to cool.
Pour syrup into glass jar. Cover jar; refrigerate until ready to use. Makes about 1/2 cup.
Cocktail: Add the bourbon, orange juice, honey syrup, lemon juice and bitters to a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake well.
Pour into a cocktail glass. Top with Champagne. Garnish with an orange twist.
Toss lettuce, mushrooms, cauliflower flowerets, onion, green pepper, olives and cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Just before serving, toss with CLASSIC FRENCH DRESSING as directed below.

Toss salad with oil until leaves glisten. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over salad and toss.

Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven. Sweat onions, garlic and 1/2 tbsp thyme for 15 mins, until onions are very soft. Season then add vegetable stock. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15 mins. Add wine and season.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Distribute soup between 4 serving bowls. Top with French bread and grated cheese. Transfer to oven for 12 mins, until cheese melts. Serve garnished with thyme leaves and fresh ground black pepper.
Place the beef, breadcrumbs, 4 tbsp water, onion, mustard and egg in a bowl and season. Knead together until smooth. Shape the mixture into 4 patties and place in the freezer for 10-15 mins.
Preheat the oven and cook the French fries according to the package instructions.
