Drain off excess juice from grapefruit sections; gently mix the grapefruit sections with the salad greens, green onions, avocados, and Swiss cheese. Toss with dressing just before serving.

For the dressing; in a blender or food processor combine the cranberries, sugar, vinegar, apple juice concentrate, salt and mustard; cover and process until smooth.
Slowly add in the oil in a small steady stream (at this point you may refrigerate until ready to use, shake before using).
For the salad; place all salad ingredients in a large gladd bowl; toss to combine.
Drizzle the dressing over before serving.

Holiday Salad

Dissolve 1 package lime jello in 1 cup boiling water.
Add 1 cup cold water; let jell.
Drain juice from small can of fruit cocktail and heat.
Thoroughly mix the cream cheese with salad dressing.
Dissolve Knox gelatine in 1/4 cup cold water.
Mix all ingredients (fruit cocktail juice, cream cheese, salad dressing and Knox gelatine mixture) until smooth.
Pour on top the lime jello mixture; let jell.

Festive Holiday Salad

Mix together in large bowl, broccoli, artichokes, green onions, black olives, cooked macaroni and mushrooms.
Mix all together.
Pour salad dressing over mixture and refrigerate overnight.
Add tomato and avocado before serving.

Christmas Pea Salad

Combine peas, pimentos and cheese in a bowl; mix lightly.
Add salad dressing, salt and pepper; mix lightly.
Chill for 1 hour or longer.

Christmas Eve Salad(Ensalada De Nochebuena)

Put lettuce in a large shallow bowl and arrange beets, oranges, apples, bananas, pineapple and limes over it.
Sprinkle with sugar, if desired.
Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and chopped peanuts over all.
Mix oil with vinegar and salt to taste.
Just before serving, pour over salad and mix gently.
Serves 8.

Dissolve lime jello in 1 1/2 cups hot water.
Whip when set and fold in the cream cheese, salad dressing, celery and nuts. Spoon into a mold and let set until firm.

Mother'S Holiday Salad

Dissolve first 2 ingredients.
Stir in salad dressing; cool. Add remaining ingredients and let gel.

Louise'S Holiday Salad

Combine the first 10 ingredients together and mix well in a large salad bowl.
Add 1 cup of boiling water to each package of jello.
Add 1/4 cup of cold water for each package.
Chill jellos until set.
Cut in small cubes.
Add to other ingredients.
Put in a large glass salad bowl.
Sprinkle 2 ounces of coconut on top. Add 1 dozen pecan halves.
Refrigerate for about 24 hours.

Christmas Candle Salad

Place a slice of pineapple on salad plate.
Stand a banana in the hole of pineapple. Top it with a cherry.
Put whipped cream or salad dressing around the banana at bottom on pineapple ring.
