Combine the potatoes, celery, onion, ham and water in a stockpot
Cover the ham with water in a stockpot.
Place ham in baking pan. Pour Coke over ham, place pineapple and cherries around over ham, using toothpicks to hold in place. Pour some of the pineapple and cherry juice over ham. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at lowest oven setting overnight. I usually put mine on about 11pm and take it out first thing Christmas morning.

For slow even cooking, prepare grill by placing charcoals along 2 sides, leaving the center open.
Trim all excess fat from ham; place ham on grill and cook covered for 1 hour. Mix equal portions of prepared mustard, currant jelly and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat; stir until becomes a clear liquid. Baste ham every 15 minutes for the last 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on size of the ham.

Bake ham for 1 hour. On top of stove in saucepan, heat cranberry sauce, mustard and pepper. The more pepper the more it tastes like barbecue sauce. I use about 3/4 teaspoon to 1 can of sauce. Heat until smooth. Pour over ham, draining any water juice off of ham first. Bake for remainder of time, just cover ham, pricking with fork. Use the rest of sauce on the table for sauce after baked. Good.

Put the sliced ham on a plate.

If not precooked, boil, covered with water, for 15 minutes.
Change water and bring to boil again.
Add remaining ingredients to the water.
Boil, covered, 45 minutes per 2 pounds.
Let cool in pan.
Remove skin and excess fat.
Spread with following glaze.
Combine first 6 ingredients, tossing gently.
Combine next 4 ingredients and fold into ham mixture.
Chill well.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
Garnish with tomato wedges.
Good way to use leftover Christmas ham.

Preheat over to 325\u00b0F.
Form ham, pork, eggs, milk and cracker crumbs into 20 balls.
In a separate bowl mix vinegar, cold water, dry mustard and brown sugar.
Just before baking, cover the meatballs with sauce.
Bake 2 hours at 325F covered the first hour and uncovered the second hour.
