Christmas Ham(Griljert Juleskinke) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

ham with bone in
1 leek
1 tsp. thyme
1 bay leaf
some whole peppercorns
3 sprigs parsley
Preparation

Use ham with bone in.
If not precooked, boil, covered with water, for 15 minutes.
Change water and bring to boil again.
Add remaining ingredients to the water.
Boil, covered, 45 minutes per 2 pounds.
Let cool in pan.
Remove skin and excess fat.
Spread with following glaze.
