Blend in water, then stir in flour, mixing well.

Add dates, walnuts and cherries; roll in balls.
Keep in refrigerator.

Sift the dry ingredients and gradually add to wet ingredients until mixed well.
Form into small balls and roll in sugar.

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8-10 minutes.
As soon as you remove cookies from oven, press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of the cookie, and cool completely.
