White Christmas Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3.5 oz mixed colored glace cherries, finely chopped
    3.5 oz dried apricots, finely chopped
    8 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
    3.5 oz white chocolate, melted
    2 tbsp silver dragees (sugar balls), for decorating
Preparation
    Combine cherries, apricots and ice cream. Freeze for 30 mins, or until firm.
    Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Working quickly, scoop ice cream into 12 equal-sized balls. Place on prepared tray. Drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle with silver dragees. Freeze for 10 mins, or until set. Serve immediately.
