Mom'S Broccoli Kugel

Note: Before making the kugel, cook the Kluski noodles according to the directions on the bag. Thaw the chopped broccoli if frozen.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Beat wet ingredients together very well. Add onion soup mix. In a separate bowl, mix the cooked noodles and chopped broccoli.

Grease a casserole dish and add the noodle/broccoli mixture. Pour the wet ingredients on top and bake for 1 hour.

Broccoli, Ham & Cheese Strata

Butter a 13 x 9 baking dish. Layer 7 slices of bread on bottom of dish. Sprinkle half of cheddar cheese over bread slices.
Layer thawed chopped broccoli, onion, ham and tomato over cheese and bread layers. Top with remaining cheese and bread slices.
In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients, beat well. Pour egg mixture over layered ingredients in baking dish.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 - 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Broccoli Casserole

Mix in a bowl, can of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, onion, cheddar and the 2 eggs beaten.
Fold mixture together.
Add the chopped broccoli ( I just chop up the bunch, into small pieces, maybe you will get 2-3 cups) fold that into the mixture.
Put into a greased casserole, sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Cook uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Pierogie Broccoli And Ham Bake

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F; lightly grease/spray a 13x9-inch casserole dish.
Arrange the pierogies and cubed ham in the 13x9-inch dish.
In a bowl, stir together the chopped broccoli, minced onions, cheese soup, sour cream, milk, mustard, and salt and pepper (to taste).
Evenly spread over the pierogies and ham.
Bake at 350\u00b0F for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and beginning to brown.

Cream Of Broccoli Soup

Saute the onion in butter with bay leaf until the onion is clear.
Add chopped green pepper, chopped broccoli, water or broth and salt.
Cook 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender, but still bright green.
Puree with milk in blender until smooth.
Whisk in sour cream and seasonings.
Steam broccoli just until done. Combine flowerets with soup in a large double boiler.

First thaw out frozen broccoli and Cheez Whiz 2 hours before cooking.
In a large bowl, stir well together the chopped broccoli, mushroom soup, Cheez Whiz, chopped onions, chopped celery and Minute rice (uncooked).

Chicken Broccoli Lasagna

Heat soup and frozen chopped broccoli in 2-quart saucepan until broccoli is thawed.
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat in 10-inch skillet until hot.
Cook carrots, onion and garlic until lightly browned.
Reduce heat to low.
Stir in 1/4 cup water.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are very tender.

Cheese Ravioli With Broccoli Pesto

In food processor or blender, combine half of broccoli, oil, cheese, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper and whirl until smooth.
Cook ravioli in large pot of boiling water.
Add salt. Cook until done.
Add remaining chopped broccoli to pot.
Cook until heated through, about 1 minute.
Drain ravioli and broccoli and return to warm pot.
Stir broccoli sauce in until well coated. Serve with extra cheese along the side.

Broccoli Soup

In a large saucepan, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
Add the chopped broccoli, garlic and ginger. Reduce the heat to low and cover. Steam for about 5 minutes or until the broccoli is tender. Remove from the heat.
After the broccoli has cooled slightly, puree it in a food processor or blender. Return it to the sauce pan.
Add the soy milk or skim milk and soy sauce. Warm over low heat.
Serve sprinkled with chopped red onion.

Broccoli Chicken Soup

Mix together chicken broth, chopped broccoli, chopped celery, chopped onion and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer together until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
Then add rice, Cheddar cheese soup and chicken meat.
Fold in milk and Velveeta cheese. Simmer together on low heat about 30 minutes.
Stir often.

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes and drain.
In large bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, onion and cheese.
Add eggs; mix well.
Then add chopped broccoli.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers (which have been sauteed in the melted margarine).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.

Chopped Broccoli Casserole

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Squeeze excess water from thawed broccoli and drain well.
Place broccoli in a large bowl; mix in mushroom soup, grated cheese, mayonnaise, egg, onion and cayenne pepper, if desired.
Pour mixture into a 1-quart casserole that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray.

Steam chopped broccoli 5 to 10 minutes; set aside.
Saute onions in 1/4 cup butter; saute cracker crumbs in 1/4 cup butter. Make sauce of soup, mushrooms and cheese.
When cheese is melted, add garlic, onions and almonds.

Cook chopped broccoli until almost tender.
Drain.
Gently mix mayonnaise, cheese and onions with broccoli.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through and bread crumbs are lightly browned, about 20 minutes.

Broccoli And Rice Casserole

Saute chopped onions and celery in butter.
Cook chopped broccoli in water.
Melt together cream of mushroom soup and Cheez Whiz.
Combine.
Add uncooked Minute rice.
Bake in greased casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 to 1 hour.
Serves 6.

Broccoli Rice Whiz

Cook rice in a large saucepan and drain.
Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in margarine.
Add onion, bell pepper and celery to the rice while still hot.
Fold in Cheez Whiz, chicken soup and milk.
Heat on low burner just until cheese and soup are well blended.
Fold in chopped broccoli.
Pour into a greased casserole and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 12.

Broccoli Quiche

Cook broccoli in
small
amount of water for 2 minutes. Drain. Butter a 6 x 9-inch glass dish.
Layer chopped broccoli, chopped pepper and\tchopped onion in bottom of dish.
Beat together
