Chopped Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
    1/2 (5 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg
    1 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
    1/2 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Squeeze excess water from thawed broccoli and drain well.
    Place broccoli in a large bowl; mix in mushroom soup, grated cheese, mayonnaise, egg, onion and cayenne pepper, if desired.
    Pour mixture into a 1-quart casserole that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
