Crush the Heath bars and nuts and sprinkle over the Cool Whip. Repeat all steps. Refrigerate and allow to set for several hours or overnight for flavors to mingle. Serves 12 to 15 people.

Bake for 25-30 mins, or until set. Do not overcook; the top should be soft to touch and brownies will firm as they cool, but they should be moist and fudge-like.
Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar.
