Chocolate Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 tbsp (1 1/4 sticks) butter
    8 oz good-quality semi-sweet chocolate
    1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    3 None eggs, lightly beaten
    1 cup flour, sifted
    3/4 cup macadamias or pecans
    None None Powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 10-inch square baking pan.
    Melt butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, vanilla, eggs, flour and nuts until just combined. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
    Bake for 25-30 mins, or until set. Do not overcook; the top should be soft to touch and brownies will firm as they cool, but they should be moist and fudge-like.
    Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar.
