Coat the chicken in the Cajun seasoning and throw everything in the crock pot on low for 4-5 hours. (I find it best to heat the cream cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds and then mix the soups with the cream cheese).
Add the Parmesan cheese an hour before serving. Linguini noodles are my favorite pasta to use with this dish, but any pasta will do. Hope you enjoy as much as we do!
Cut the chicken to bite size or strips. Place the chicken in a pan with two slices of butter, salt, pepper and garlic and cook the chicken thoroughly. When Linguine is almost cooked, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the whipping cream. Then add cheese and salt to taste. The mixture should be the consistency of canned tomato sauce. Add freshly ground pepper and heat to almost boiling. Watch carefully and stir frequently. Drain the Linguine and put in a large serving bowl. Fold in the cheese-cream mixture and serve.
Cut chicken into thin pieces; rinse and pat dry.
Saute in 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet.
Remove chicken to warm plate. Add 1 tablespoon oil, onion and garlic to skillet.
Saute for 1 minute.
Add zucchini and mushrooms.
Cook until vegetables are tender.

Cook until heated through.
Serve over linguine.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese.

Cut chicken into pieces, remove skin, freeze until firm, arranged in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Place veggies in the bottom of 4 quart.

Blend chicken broth, wine, soy sauce, Tabasco, ginger and salt, pour over chicken pieces, cover.
Cook at low setting for 8 hours, remove chicken from bones, discarding bones and any fat, dice meat, return meat to pot, add dry linguine pieces and poultry seasoning, cook a further 30 minutes.

Mix cheese, milk, wine, cornstarch, salt, thyme, cervil and pepper in small bowl and set aside.
Stir-fry in small amount of oil the onion, celery and bell pepper about 1 minute.
Add mushrooms and cook one more minute.
Set aside.
Cook chicken slices until no more pink shows.
Put vegetables back into wok and heat them through.
Add cheese/milk mixture and cook until thick and hot.
Serve over hot, drained linguine.
In a big pot, cook linguine according to package directions; rinse and drain; set aside.
In the same big pot, heat oil over medium heat.
Saute the chicken in hot oil for 5-8 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring constantly.
Add the mushrooms, garlic, ginger, and cayenne pepper; cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add in the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and cooked pasta; toss to coat.
Cook a couple of minutes or until pasta is heated through.
Add the green onions, stir to mix.
Serve immediately.
