Cook chicken and rice.
In a large casserole dish, layer chicken, rice and cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until cheese melts.

Melt the remaining butter then toss with cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 425\u00b0 for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
Bring broccoli to a boil.
Cook, covered, for 6 minutes.
Add cheese and margarine; let melt.
Pour into a casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
(Cut chicken into small pieces.)
Divide in half for a smaller casserole.
In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, combine water, contents of seasoning packet and rice.
Stir well.
Stir in chicken and broccoli.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 400\u00b0 and continue baking for 25 minutes more.
Sprinkle top of casserole with cheese and bread crumbs.
Return to oven for 10 minutes.

Prepare rice according to package directions; set aside.
Cut chicken breasts into 1/4 inch strips.

Add in the spaghetti sauce, Italian seasoning, and basil; stir to combine.
Bring mixture to a boil; cover, lower heat, and simmer 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Whisk together rice, peppers, eggs, crumbled goat cheese and 1/4 cup cold water in a large bowl. Season. Set aside.

Return to microwave and heat for about 35 to 40 seconds,or until cheese is slightly melted.

Mix the next 5 ingredients and spread over the casserole.
